Short Wave Radio

Congratulations, you've figured out that the Tajikistan Cliff Bear operation will start on Thursday, July 24, 2014. But you can't wait until you get to Honolulu--then it will be too late! You must find a way to contact A.A.K.V.O. so they can come get you. Fortunately, you found a junky short wave radio on board. Unfortunately, it looks home-made and it doesn't have the standard dial for selecting the wavelength, just letters marked for the two frequencies that V.A.L.A. uses. You need to figure out where to set the dial so you can contact A.A.K.V.O.

The dial is marked from 0 to 100, and you know that V.A.L.A. uses two main frequencies, 10.1 MHz and 19.5 MHz. These must be the positions labeled A and B on the dial, which are at 30 and 63 on the scale. The A.A.K.V.O. emergency frequency is 23.7 MHz. Where should you set the dial to contact your organization for help?
