But what does "Biff Clear" mean? And what country is shown on the map? And when does the operation start? Is 4953 the number of days into the 3rd Millennium? You need to figure out when the operation starts so you can stop it in time. You'll need at least a few days to get to the place on the map. Hopefully you're not too late!
